Per Norrgren – From Burnout to Mindfulness Teacher

Per Norrgren is a mindfulness teacher and teaching partner at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC) and is the founder & director of InMindSight where he also offers courses, classes & mindfulness retreats. After experiencing what he describes as a “spectacular midlife crisis” and burnout, Per turned to mindfuless for help. It ended up being such a profound and life changing experience that led him to leave the corporate world behind and to continue his training so he could share mindfulness with others. In this episode we went deep into his journey, discussed what makes mindfulness so special and Per also kindly shared some practical exercises to try as you listen.
