Do you ever feel like you’re not making the most of your life? Like stress and anxiety holds you back? Perhaps you are fed up of feeling stuck in your mind, in your cultural conditioning, old habits or other people’s expectations of you?
Or do you just feel like you could use some help to clarify your direction and some accountability?
I offer coaching that empowers you to tune into your body and your inner wisdom in order to live a more wholehearted and empowered life.
I take a holistic and embodied approach to coaching.
Most coaching focuses on working with the mind (thoughts and beliefs) to bring about transformation.
As a Mind-Body coach I work with the entire body to help clients feel grounded, empowered and more present in the moment. We don’t just talk. I might also invite you to try some mindfulness, movement or other somatic exercises to help remove resistance and tension in the body, and to invite new possibilities of experience in the body.
A mind-body approach can help to dramatically improve wellbeing, mental health, quality of relationships and to allow you to become the person you truly want to be.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1.
Book an initial online consultation and let’s get to know each other a bit. There is no commitment expected on either side beyond this unless mutually agreed.
Step 2.
If we agree to work with each other, we’ll sign a coaching agreement and move into the coaching phase. You can book appointments at regular intervals, at a frequency we agree would work best for our arrangement.
Step 3.
You can end the coaching at any time when you feel is right for you. Short term is fine if that’s all you need.

Focussed Exploration
You’ll let me know what you’d like to focus on in the session. We’ll explore this. We might use tools or exercises to tune into your soma (body) and your own inner wisdom.

I may sometimes suggest homework or recommend resources that could be very useful for you.
Closing
We’ll summarise what we’ve covered in the session and you’ll reflect on what you’ll be focussing on until the next time.
