Art & Movement
Come and relax with mindful art and movement for wellbeing.
We will start with a gentle warm up movement and transition to art making. There will be an opportunity for group sharing at the end for those who feel moved to do so.
As this will be the last session of the year, the theme will be the wrapping up of the year, preparing us for the festive season and new year transition.
No artistic ability required, this is intended to be a space for self-expression and enjoyment. All materials provided.

This workshop will start with a gentle movement warm up and then transition into art making. There will be an opportunity at the end for group sharing for those who feel moved to do so.
This workshop is for anyone who feels they could use some “me-time” to get out of your head, to feel calmer and centred.
No artistic ability required, this is intended to be a space of self-expression and enjoyment. We will work with various media including pencils, pastels and paint.
All materials provided.
